Some stuff to say...

hai guyz. I just wanted to drop by to say a few things. Don't worry, I'm not here to spam, hack, offend, or do something crazy. I just wanted you guys to know a few things (especially Waddle).

For one, Waddle, you can't get my forum shut down. We may both hold copyright as it was published from both of our own ideas. The only similarity between our two websites are the names. I wanted to let you know that copyrights don't protect the name, so anyone can use them. You need a trademark to protect the name, and those cost around $125 CAD. Unless one of us buys a legitimate trademark, we can't get the opposite site to get shut down or change their name. Plus, if the name was the only similarity, then why fuss about it? At least we're not using your artwork or anything...or are we? Lol jk. Search us, and look at our beta versions of our game. Are there any other similarities? Didn't think so.

That last part of the last paragraph about fussing leads me to this: the past 10 months my site has been active, you got so hyped up and mad about us having the same name, Waddle, that all you did was send spies, hackers, and spammers. And we've eventually recovered from all of them. But have I or any of my members returned to do anything to you? Nope. Nothing. I have only came to this forum to post this objection; that's it.

That also leads me to this: you are always telling me that hacking is a violation of the Internet Security Code. So, why do you do that? Also, sending people to put porn on our website is a smart move. Putting porn on a site that any age can access is illegal. Seriously, is hacking/breaking the law going to make your site any better and make my site get shut down? No, it will make you and your forum have a worse reputation, and constant law violations could have your site one step closer to being shut down. Also, your constant coming to my forum and disruptive "OMGZ SONIK FAM CHANGE UR FORUN NAM OR I WIL CLOZE UR SITE" and acting like you're the oh-so-cool boss and trying to scare me to get my site shut down is online bullying, and you could easily get in trouble for that.

That ends my objection. Waddle and co, I hope you take my advice seriously, because it will help stop the debate with my board vs. your board. I believe this about covers it. Also, in case this is deleted by any means, I have it saved on my computer, and I will put it back up. I also do not really care if you ban me, because it just shows how immature you are for banning me...for advice. And like above, sorry if this offended you.

Now, this may just be getting personal, but have you decided to use an actual forum? BT06 came to my forum recently and spammed it up, and also claimed that you guys were an "actual company." Please - you guys are still using Forumotion! Waddle, I thought you were smarter than that, lol! You can't even open your webhost, get a MySQL database, and unzip and install an actual version of phpBB or something into it? Lawl.

That's not what I was talking about. I said that anyone can use the name unless one of them gets a trademark, only then can that person get the other sites with the same name shut down or get their name changed. Plus, I have had my game in planning since at least 3 months before Waddle started his site. I also have some reasonable proof, PM me if you want to see it. Also, he hasn't even made the first beta of his game yet, and he's had his site for over a year, nor did he even post proof of the game's development and I haven't seen your old Flash developer Schnitzel for a very long time. So, Waddle, where's the game? Lol.

I suggest you read my post again. I have had the game in planning since before Waddle came up with the idea.
